Inherited system, no reliable truth
Reconstruct code, business rules, data, runtime and dependencies before modernising anything.
I build systems around the difficult part: roles, business rules, approvals, evidence, integrations, operational hand-offs and production reality. The public demos use synthetic data only. They show the solution pattern without exposing client identity or protected implementation detail.
These are the recurring patterns I keep seeing in real software estates. Each one has a synthetic lab so a buyer can understand the interaction, controls and operating model before discussing implementation.
Reconstruct code, business rules, data, runtime and dependencies before modernising anything.
Turn stages, approvals, documents, ownership and exceptions into visible workflow state.
Capture useful state progressively, preserve incomplete leads and hand off cleanly to humans.
Put identity, policy, approval, routing, tools, metering and audit around each AI execution.
Bind exact source, tests, build, environment, health and rollback into one release record.
Bring ownership, health, TLS, repository, deployment and next actions into one estate view.
I do not collapse architecture, working source and verified delivery into one vague “done”. The maturity labels below are deliberately conservative so buyers know what kind of evidence sits behind each offer.
Completed or production-facing work exists in the same capability family, expressed publicly without client-identifying detail.
A working synthetic demo or implementation pattern exists. It demonstrates the design without pretending to be a client production deployment.
The control model and architecture are mature enough to start a proper discovery or implementation engagement.
The catalogue is generated from the same structured evidence data that Ask Mandiso uses. Open a card to see typical deliverables and the public evidence basis behind it.

Describe what is broken, manual, risky, slow or impossible to prove. I can map that to a recovery sprint, workflow build, integration, AI control layer, operations surface or assurance engagement.
